"Bonus" is the amount earned at that specific milestone; "Accumulated Bonus" is the running total of all bonuses earned so far. Estimated commission + bonus is calculated by applying each commission tier's rate to the portion of revenue that falls within it, then adding the accumulated bonus on top — the same way tax brackets work. Actual results depend on your real monthly pace, since your commission tier resets each month based on that month's activity, not your lifetime total.
