Research Use Disclaimer
All products sold by Trinity are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. These products are not approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), or any other regulatory body for human or animal use. They are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices. Trinity does not make any medical claims, and no products should be interpreted as treating, curing, or preventing any disease or condition. Purchasers assume full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Terms of Service
Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older (the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and a qualified researcher or licensed professional to purchase from Trinity.
No Resale. Products may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred without express written authorization from Trinity.
Account Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity occurring under your account.
Payment. Payment is processed at checkout via secure third-party processors. All prices are displayed in the currency listed on the product page.
Order Cancellation. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us at (905) 993-4764 or info@trinitylabs.ca. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability. Trinity's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Trinity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Trinity's registered office.
Dispute Resolution. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation prior to commencing arbitration.
Privacy Policy
Data We Collect. We collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information (processed securely through a third-party payment processor — Trinity does not store full card data).
How We Use Your Data. Your information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer support, and (with your opt-in consent) email updates regarding new products and research news.
No Sale of Personal Data. Trinity does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies. We use functional cookies to operate the site (cart, session) and analytics cookies to improve user experience. You may opt out via your browser settings.
Your Rights. Under PIPEDA (Canada) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws (including CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.
